2. Be in good health and obtain necessary medical HIV & STD testing from an industry standard institution. Acceptable entities are AIM and Talent Testing with costs ranging between $150-$205 depending on where you live. You're local health department, personal physician or test from your insurance company will not suffice. Don't ask. Also this test must be less than two weeks old from the time we are shooting so don't take it until I tell you too.

3. Must be between 18 and 50 years old, with 2 forms of ID (one of which must be government issued such as a Drivers License, Passport or Military ID).

4. Sign a model release for the scene to appear on my site. If you are a U.S. Senator, don't worry, I will let you wear a mask.

5. Reside in, or get yourself to, Los Angeles, Las Vegas or NYC. Sorry but this is the epicenter of the action and where my production crews are located so no other cities will be considered.

6. Incur production expenses associated with the shoot such as camera man, make-up, location, etc. It's not a Dreamworks Production so it won't break you. However, if you are in college you may want to hit up your parents or come back after you graduate.

7. A clear, clothed waist up shot. Unless it's deformed I don't need to see your cock. IF YOU SEND ME A DICK SHOT YOU WILL BE DELETED INSTANTLY.
